Studio 21 Ltd takes great pride in offering products from the industry's top manufacturers  We inspect every item before it is shipped.  All electronic toys are tested before they are shipped and resealed with a tester sticker.  You may request out of this policy.  Adult sex toys and marital aids are sold as novelty items only.  For the health and safety of our customers and sales associates, Studio 21 Ltd will not accept returns or exchanges on novelty items.  In accordance with Federal Health codes, all intimate apparel, novelties, adult toys and marital aids are not returnable.  Many items come with a manufacturer's warranty.
